Mr Zoer set up his law firm in the summer of 2013 after having worked as head of the corporate law department and as partner with a leading tax and law firm in Amsterdam. While working as a lawyer he litigated on a regular basis but also has been involved in various mediations.

Mediation is increasingly important as an alternative way of settling disputes. Encouraged by the high success rate in settling disputes, Mr Zoer decided to be (MfN and CEDR) trained as a professional mediator. As a mediator he is specialized in mediating between parties who have a commercial dispute, such as for example shareholders disputes and disputes between commercial parties.

In January 2016, Mr Zoer joint the Mediation Chamber Amsterdam (MKA) as a partner. MKA is a collaboration of senior business professionals providing services in the fields of mediation, conflict management and facilitation (www.mediationkameramsterdam.nl).
